需求描述

• Perform SAP database (Oracle and HANA) management and monitoring to ensure database availability and performance;

• Perform SAP basis management and technical monitoring for the SAP systems within client’s landscape;

• Support solution manager functionalities;

• Conduct SAP basis administration activities such as kernel update, notes installation, batch scheduling control, support package update, etc.

• Perform client copy and system refresh as per project requirement;

• Maintain SAP roles and profiles;

• Perform TMS management;

• Create EWA report and conduct follow-up actions for the alerted items;

• Monitor the interfaces to interlocked systems and jobs and perform

troubleshooting for identified issue;

• Perform architecture design for DR and implement the solution;

• Facilitate the HA design and failover;

• Support regular audit activities as per client policy;

• Perform security check in regular and ad-hoc basis;

• Support new projects in basis perspective including TR transport, client copy, system refresh, etc.;

• Support SAST system;
