Job Summary

• Provide IT infrastructure 1st level operation service to customers

• Ensure SLA fulfill for customers

Main Responsibilities

• Provide Data Center onsite support service.

• Ensure backups are carried out in accordance to defined procedure; prepare tape exchange form according to backup procedure.

• Preparing daily reports delivering to respective customers.

• To monitor the tools /equipment so that they are in working condition at all time.

• Responsible for 1st level infrastructure troubleshooting and fixed

• Tracking the progress of the Ticket status and communicating to the 2nd level support staff when the progress of the request is not satisfactory.

Work experiences

• At least has one kind of IT infrastructure technical skill such as Windows, Linux Network or Virtualization etc.

• Computer Related Bachelor’s degree or willing to work at IT infrastructure filed

• Good written and read skills in English.
