1. Risk Management

- Predict potential risk and rise preventive actions.

- Identify risks with the use of appropriate methods, tools & techniques to minimize the risk occurrences.

2. On Time Delivery

- Proactively find resources and push projects to achieve on-time-delivery according to customer requirement.

- Establish project planning and lead project review meetings, so as to push project scheduling.

- Define threats and preventive actions to ensure the timeliness of project realization and the Unit's financial results.

3. Margin Improvement

- Monitoring of the project margin slippage, defining of threats, proposing of corrective activities to support functions.

- Control the customer change & claim to improve project margin.

4. Cash Collection

- Follow up the project account receivable and prepare the procedures base on contract.

- Identify customer overdue payments and organize internal resource to make cash back.

5. Customer Relationship

- Improve customer satisfaction during execution.

- Be able to maintain good customer relationship.

6. Site Management

- Arrange FS for project and be responsible to coordinate with customer for site accidents.

- Support solving of quality issues.

Qualifications:

3+ years experience in Project Management, major in mechanical / electric or related, industrial background is plus
