需求描述

Responsibilities:

1.Long-term forecast management.

1)Follow Headquarters’ Budget, BP, and Sales Strategy and consolidate the Sell-Out, Channel Inventory and Pricing Policy to drive respective sales region on volume and revenue increasing.

2)Collect and cook respective sales region’s original sales forecast and deliver the sales region requirement to Headquarters and other functional department in back end.

3)Work out a refined and accurate sales forecast to cover 6~9 months and monitor the achievement.

2.Short-term forecast, order and delivery management.

1)Validate 13 weeks rolling forecast and order status for respective sales region.

2)Fix following 4 weeks demand and drive responsible teams to work for them.

3)Re-allocate resources and align with respective sales region after consolidation and coordination.

3.Control the risks from sales regions and align the working conception & target from top to down.

4.Lead the Gear working group meeting and execution on behalf of sales region and sales centre.

Requirements:

-Skilled in Windows offices

-Skilled in writing and speaking English

-Strong management and communication skills

-Skilled in operations and business knowledge

-Strong logic thinking mode & skilled for data analysis
