-Knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to direct and coordinate human and material resources at all phases in a project: origination, initiation, planning, execution and control, and closeout. Balancing competing demands and mitigating risks to ensure an acceptable product is delivered to stakeholders and sponsors within budget, scope, time and quality standards.

-Familiarity with Project management principles, such as Waterfall and Agile (Scrum (certification preferred) methodology.

-Identifies, assesses and manages risks to the success of the project.

-Effectively estimates costs, timescales and resource requirements for the successful delivery of the project(s) to agreed terms of reference.

-Manages the change control procedure and ensures that project deliverable is completed within planned cost, timescale and resource budgets, and are signed off.

-Provides effective leadership to the project team ensuring that team members are motivated and developing their skills and experience.

-Can lead presale activities with sales, with preparing proposal, quotation, presentation etc.

-Knowledge in Automotive especially Retail industry is a plus

-Ability to prepare, review and provide updated information for monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements, and other financial reports as required
