ey Responsibilities:

1. Develop and drive engineering programs for new products;

2. Hands-on test and software debugging;

3. Ensure successful transfer of design from Engineering to Manufacturing;

4. Maintains code documentation (code comments and clear code), flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts;

5. Establish work instructions for mass production use;

6. Provide technical support to manufacturing;

7. Develop and execute comprehensive software validation testing;

8. Create test programs, integrate with test equipment and hardware, debug, validate, document and release per corporate standards and procedures;

9. Work with customer/supplier to solve technical issues.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Electrical, Mechatronic, Computer Science Engineering or equivalent with at least 3 years' of related experience;

2. Experience working with Python, LabView, VBA and C/C++ systems is required;

3. Experience working with Bluetooth, WIFI, RF devices is required;

4. Experience working with IoT devices is a plus;

5. Organized and systematic approach to engineering validation and testing;

6. Good understanding on Design of Experiments (DOE) methodology, Statistical Process Control (SPC) and common manufacturing practices;

7. Good understand in documentations (Test instructions, Assembly instructions, Bill of Materials, etc.);

8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

9. Good command of both spoken and written in English.​
