需求描述

岗位职责：

· Responsible for the product’s user experience and overall visual design

· Work closely with the Product Manager and the development team on all design issues

· Design the UI architecture, interface, and interaction flow of applications and experiences

· Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups, click-through, and prototypes

· Conduct user experience research and usability studies

· Create user-centered designs by considering market analysis, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings

任职要求：

· Good knowledge of to B/to C UX design

· Work closely with product and Development to enable users to operate in the most effective and efficient manner

· Experience with tools such as Sketch, Zeplin etc.

· Communicate with developers during implementation, make sure developers well understand the design and implement correctly
