职责描述：

1.Implement and control production schedule to meet production target

2.Manage and optimize resources to support changes and project transfer

3.Develop production staff skills to improve productivity and efficiency

4.Monitor production progress and drive corrective actions for improvement

5.Control and reduce production cost-scrap, consumables and labor consumption

6.Ensure healthy and safety production

7.Prepare and maintain production reports

任职要求：

Education/学历：bachelor’s degree

Language/语言：Fluency in English and Chinese

Experience & skill/经验、技能：

1.10 years experiences in foreign manufacturing corporate or big private enterprise

2.At least 3 years experiences in production manager position

3.Strong interpersonal ability and communication skills

4.Solid Problem solving and analytical skills

5.Skillful use PPT and Excel for presentation
