需求描述

Android高级开发工程师

岗位职责：

1.负责安卓平台客户端产品开发和客户端发布，参与公司移动端软件产品的需求调研、分析设计、代码开发、维护及版本更新；

2.根据产品要求，完成App的研发；

3.配合其他开发工程师进行代码开发等工作，保证代码的健壮性、可读性、易维护性；

4.开发过程中定期对工作质量及进度的把控；

5.负责与产品、服务器端开发及测试人员沟通保证产品的质量和开发进度；

6.负责App的性能优化；

7.有能力不断通过重构提高代码的可读性和质量，Review和优化代码；

8.不断跟踪手机软件的性能并持续改进；

9.主动探索学习分享新的技术，产生实际成果并应用到产品上；

任职要求：

1.本科及以上学历，3年以上Android开发经验，有多项独立项目或者完整app开发经验；

2.精通Android开发平台及框架原理，熟悉Android开发的所有机制，对Android系统应用管理、进程管理、内存管理、Activity管理机制有深入理解；

3.熟悉Android SDK, 熟悉Android的UI/网络/数据库框架；

4.有良好的面向对象分析、设计能力、规范的编码风格和良好的文档习惯，能够设计出较规范的客户端架构；

5.优秀的JAVA技术功底，了解C／C++；掌握OOAD的基本思想；

6.有性能和稳定性优化经验，熟悉常见的性能稳性定策略，对用户体验有极致追求，有良好的自测习惯；

7.了解操作系统原理和安全规范，对底层棘手问题，能够迅速有效的排查。
