电商销售运营

Responsibilities:

1.Develop commercial strategies and operating channel projects to support business development and drive sales growth, and explore innovative channel business models to build long-term channel advantages.

2.Track and analyze the evolution of industry operations strategies to project business trends.

3.Work with cross-functional teams to support GTM of new commercial projects, enhance project results and resolve issues.

4.Continuously improve on current models and strategies.

5.Develop reporting dashboard to closely track project progress for sales management.

6.Analyze P&L of commercial projects and optimize resource planning and allocation.

7.Collaborate with omni-channel & supply chain stakeholders for CPFR operations.

8.Other ad hoc job assigned by leadership.

Requirements:

1.2-5 years of experience, Understand smartphone sales & operations business thoroughly.

2.Outstanding analytical skills with a data driven mindset and proficiency in Excel. Adept at using disparate sources of data to arrive at insights/hypothesis and present effectively to stakeholders.

3.Excellent communication skills. Energetic and proactive. Creative, flexible and result-oriented.

4.Ability to work independently and ability to maintain a positive attitude in a high stress/fast paced work environment.

5.Passionate about OnePlus products and smartphone technology in general.
