Technical support

Provide repair and maintaining coaching to distributors workers based on training schedule

Provide technical guide when distributors have technical problems

Assist to finish the product field test in the responsible area

Make technical material timely

Cooperate with cross-functional team and push product quality improvement

Distributors management

Identify all warranty claims and forward them to support team by day

Handle customer complaints and leakage cases in responsible area in time

Visit distributors, collect quality and application issues and push technical team to improve them

Help and push distributors to set up service team, update contract regularly

Service policy implementation and evaluate the distributors service ability based on the score card by year

Key account management

Visit Key account stores for regular communication

Visit Key account office for regular communication

Hold meeting with Key account regional leader monthly

Service policy and monthly report

Help service operation team to determine the service policy, service contract

Create monthly report

Requirements:

Must have strong technical skills in water treatment, filtration and/or plumbing environment.

Prefer 3+ years of foodservice experience, in technical role.
