需求描述
1. 工作年限3年及以上，对测试领域有深刻的认识和理解；
2. 拥有测试某一领域的专长；
3. 熟悉测试流程、测试理论、测试用例设计方法，熟练编写测试用例、测试报告等文档；
4. 对开源工具有兴趣和爱好，并应用辅助于实际工作中；
5. 有自动化测试selenium、appium、junit、robotium及持续集成jenkins相关经验, 能够编写自动化测试脚本；
6. 熟悉postman、jmeter、monkey等接口测试工具，能够独立进行接口测试；
7. 掌握java、phython、shell等至少一门开发语言，能够编写一些简单的测试工具；
8. 熟悉jira、redmine、testlink、xmind等基础测试工具；
9. 熟练掌握数据库理论，操作系统知识，网络知识，比如mysql等；
10. 熟悉fiddler、burpsuit抓包工具；
11. 能够提出测试最佳实践建议；
12. 熟练掌握互联网及电子商务行业相关知识
