Job Description

Overall planning, controlling and monitoring of all test activities

Creation, optimization and implementation of test strategies

Development of reusable test structures

Quick leaner of business requirement and applying them to testing activities.

Creation and/or review of test concept and test plan based on the alignment with the involved stakeholders

Coaching test team in line with the test guideline and documentation

Reporting on test/trouble-shooting progress, quality status and risk assessment to the project leader(s) and all the involved stakeholders based on the statistics sourced from the test tool

Inferring and initiating measures to minimize risks for test completion

Escalating problems which could lead to failure to adhere to the test completion criteria, and which cannot be resolved by the initiated measures

Inspecting the results documentation from the test with regards to the formal correctness and suitability of the tests, and preparing the test documentation for compliance acceptance

Recruitments:

Three years or above experiences test management for both IT and business

Proficient with Test management tool - HP ALM/ TkestLin/ JIRA/ Taiga/ and Microsoft Office Tools, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio etc.

Familiar with Load test tool, such as HP LoadRunner, OSS test tool, such like Jmeter, Selenium, ITIL tools, such as HP Service Manager, Cooperation / communication with different stakeholders
