Job Responsibility:

Handle full spectrum of HR duties

Handle all work pass applications, renewal, termination with compliance to Spain Law regulation

Maintain and update all employee records into the system

Assist in payroll processing

Assist business in terms of HR Projects Planning & Office Administration Duties.

Preparation on relevant documents such as letter of appointment, promotion letter, employment verification etc.

Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the supervisor

​Requirement

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.

At least 3 - 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Required Skill(s): Payroll, Administrative, Documentation & Safekeeping

Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
